ABOUT

Built by a trader who got tired of guessing.

SigmaSnap started the way most trading tools should but don't: with a losing streak. Our founder spent his first year as an options trader doing what most retail traders do — chasing setups off Twitter, paying for alert services run on one person's gut feeling, and watching the account bleed anyway.

The fix wasn't a better guru. It was a different question: what if you stopped trying to predict where stocks are going, and started measuring when they've gone too far? That question became a spreadsheet, the spreadsheet became a Python engine, and the engine became SigmaSnap. You can read the full story in How We Built the Engine.

What we believe

Math over vibes. Every SigmaSnap signal comes from the same systematic process: a statistical extreme, confirmed by multiple independent factors, expressed as a defined-risk trade with the structure, strikes, targets, and stop specified. No discretion, no mood, no “feeling good about this one.”

Defined risk, always. The fastest way to blow up a trading account isn't bad entries — it's unbounded risk. Our signals are built around structures where the maximum loss is known before entry, and sized to a consistent risk target on every trade.

Radical transparency. Most signal services show you their winners and quietly bury the rest. We publish everything. Our public track record shows every closed signal — winners, losers, stop-outs — on a 48-hour delay. If we have a bad month, it's right there. We'd rather earn trust with receipts than with marketing.

What SigmaSnap is (and isn't)

SigmaSnap is a signal service: software that identifies statistically favorable options setups and delivers complete trade plans to your dashboard and phone. It is not financial advice, not a managed account, and not a promise of profits. Options trading involves substantial risk, our results include losing trades and losing months, and past performance doesn't guarantee anything about the future. We say that not because a lawyer makes us (though they do) but because it's true, and traders deserve tools built by people who respect them enough to say it.

The numbers

Across 225+ logged closed trades: a 62% win rate and +56% average return per trade. The engine scans 60 high-volume US tickers every 15 minutes during market hours. Every one of those claims is auditable on the track record page — we'd encourage you to check our math before you check out.

Who's behind it

SigmaSnap is founded and operated by Kyle, a systematic trader who posts publicly as @optionscalps on X, where you'll find live trade recaps, market commentary, and the occasional strong opinion about alert services that don't publish their losers. Questions, feedback, or partnership ideas: get in touch.
